How do I pay for my cookie order?

Preferred method of payment is via Venmo. We accept all major credit cards for online payments. Details will be provided on your invoice. Cash payments can be arranged if necessary.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:

Deposit covers design consultation and blocking of schedule to others.

Orders up to $50 : must be paid in full within 48 hours of invoicing.

Orders more than $50 : require the greater of either $50 or 50% of the order total to be paid within 48 hours of invoicing.

All remaining balances are due no later than 7 days prior to your pickup date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Refunds are not offered for cancelled orders. Once a deposit has been paid, you have reserved your place in my limited order book.

Cancellations require a minimum 14 day notice and any amounts above the non-refundable deposit will be made available to use as credit on a future order.

What happened to Yummy Scrummy?

Yummy Scrummy started from a passion for baking scones and other pastries. On a whim, I took a cookie decorating class and I was hooked! Scones and quick breads quickly became a thing of the past and designer sugar cookies were my future!

With that said, I am the same home cookier you have come to know and will continue to provide the same quality product to my standards.

Now that I have a couple of years of cookie decorating under my belt, I decided it was appropriate to update my brand to reflect my goal - to make your cookie occasion the 'Best Day Ever'.
